▶️1 small red onion, finely chopped

▶️1/2 cucumber, diced
▶️100 g (about 2/3 cup) canned corn, drained
▶️100 g (about 2/3 cup) cooked green peas
▶️150 g (about 2/3 cup) mayonnaise (or plain yogurt for a lighter version)
▶️1 tablespoon mild mustard
▶️Juice of half a lemon
▶️Salt and pepper to taste
▶️Chopped chives or parsley for garnish
