Stuffed Bell Peppers with Cheese – A Delicious Classic

👉Ingredients:

🔸️Yellow or red bell peppers, tops removed and seeds cleaned

🔸️Ground beef or turkey

🔸️Cooked white or brown rice

🔸️Chopped onion

🔸️Tomato sauce or diced tomatoes

🔸️Shredded mozzarella or Italian cheese blend

🔸️Seasonings: garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano


👉Instructions:

✅️1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

✅️2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion with ground meat until browned and fully cooked.

✅️3. Stir in the cooked rice, tomato sauce, and seasonings. Mix well to combine.

✅️4. Fill each bell pepper with the meat and rice mixture. Arrange the stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish.

✅️5. Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on top of each pepper.

✅️6. Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly with a golden top.
