๐Ÿ”ฅFor the Chicken:

๐Ÿ”น️2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

๐Ÿ”น️½ tsp black pepper

๐Ÿ”น️½ tsp garlic powder

๐Ÿ”น️½ tsp onion powder

๐Ÿ”น️1 tbsp olive oil

๐Ÿ”น️1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)

๐Ÿ”น️2 tbsp honey

๐Ÿ”น️1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

๐Ÿ”น️1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

๐Ÿ”น️½ tsp smoked paprika

๐Ÿ”น️½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

1️⃣ Season the Chicken:

◾️Rub chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil.
