↪️1 tsp salt
↪️1/2 tsp black pepper
↪️1/2 tsp garlic powder
↪️1/2 tsp onion powder
↪️1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
↪️1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
↪️1/4 cup cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
↪️1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
↪️1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
↪️3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
↪️1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
↪️2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
↪️1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
👉Directions:
✅️Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
✅️In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
✅️Stir in the shredded cheddar, bacon, and pickles. Let the mixture cool slightly.
✅️Flatten each biscuit round into a 4-inch circle. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of beef mixture into the center. Fold edges up and pinch to seal into a ball.
✅️Place sealed-side down on the baking sheet.
✅️Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush generously over each dough ball.
✅️Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
✅️Bake for 14–17 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
✅️Garnish with chopped parsley before serving if desired.
