Easy Spicy Sausage Soup



Spicy Sausage & Veggie Soup


๐Ÿ‘‰Ingredients:

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 lb (450g) spicy sausage, sliced

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 tbsp olive oil

๐Ÿ”ธ️4 cups chopped cabbage

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 cup chopped celery

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 cup shredded carrots

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 cup spinach or kale

๐Ÿ”ธ️4 cups beef or chicken broth

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 can (14.5 oz / 400g) diced tomatoes

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 tbsp tomato paste

๐Ÿ”ธ️2 garlic cloves, minced

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 tsp paprika

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 tsp Italian seasoning

๐Ÿ”ธ️Salt and pepper to taste

✅️1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.

✅️2. Add garlic, celery, and shredded carrots. Sautรฉ for about 2 minutes.

✅️3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes (with juice), broth, tomato paste, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

✅️4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20–30 minutes, until vegetables are tender.

✅️5. Add spinach or kale and simmer for another 5 minutes.

✅️6. Serve hot and enjoy!
