 Crock Pot Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta Recipe 🍝🌶️


👉Ingredients:  

- 1 package (12 ounces) fettuccine or your pasta of choice  

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces  

- 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)  

- 1 cup diced onion  

- 3 cloves garlic, minced  

- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning  

- 1 teaspoon paprika  

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme  

- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained  

- 1 cup chicken broth  

- 1 cup heavy cream or a dairy-free alternative  

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese  

- Salt and pepper to taste  

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)  


👉Instructions:  


✅️1. Start by prepping your ingredients. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and dice the bell peppers and onion. Mince the garlic to release its fragrant oils.  


✅️2. In your slow cooker, add the chicken pieces, followed by the diced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic.  


✅️3. Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning, paprika, and dried thyme over the chicken and vegetables. Make sure to get an even coating to enhance the flavor profile.  


✅️4. Pour in the undrained diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir everything together gently to combine all the ingredients.  


✅️5. Cover the slow cooker with the lid and set it on low heat. Let it cook for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.  


✅️6. Once the chicken is ready, it’s time to add in the creamy components. Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine until the cheese has melted into a creamy sauce.  


✅️7. Meanwhile, while the sauce is thickening, cook the fettuccine in a separate pot according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.  


✅️8. Once the slow cooker mixture is creamy and well combined, gently fold in the cooked fettuccine. Ensure all the pasta is well-coated with the luscious sauce.  


✅️9. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper if needed.
