Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken with Rotini in Parmesan Sauce
๐Ingredients:
๐ธ️12 oz rotini pasta
๐ธ️2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
๐ธ️3 tablespoons butter
๐ธ️3 garlic cloves, minced
๐ธ️1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
๐ธ️1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
๐ธ️Salt and pepper, to taste
๐ธ️1 cup heavy cream
๐ธ️1/2 cup chicken broth
๐ธ️1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
๐ธ️1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
๐ธ️Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
๐Instructions:
✅️1. Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
✅️2. Sear the Chicken:
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken, season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
