Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken with Rotini in Parmesan Sauce

๐Ÿ”ธ️2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes

๐Ÿ”ธ️3 garlic cloves, minced

๐Ÿ”ธ️1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

๐Ÿ”ธ️Salt and pepper, to taste

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 cup heavy cream

๐Ÿ”ธ️1/2 cup chicken broth

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

๐Ÿ”ธ️1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

๐Ÿ”ธ️Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

✅️1. Cook the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.


✅️2. Sear the Chicken:

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken, season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.


✅️3. Make the Sauce:

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Sautรฉ the minced garlic for about a minute, just until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.


✅️4. Add the Cheese:

Once the sauce is hot, mix in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Stir until melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy. Let it simmer gently until slightly thickened.


✅️5. Combine Everything:

Return the cooked chicken and rotini to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated in the cheesy garlic butter sauce.


✅️6. Garnish and Serve:

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately. Creamy, comforting, and full of flavor!
