๐ฅฃ Sauce:
↪️2 tbsp olive oil
↪️4 tbsp unsalted butter
↪️3 garlic cloves, minced
↪️1½ cups heavy cream
↪️1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
↪️1–2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
↪️1 tsp smoked paprika
↪️½ tsp black pepper
↪️Salt, to taste
↪️1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
๐ฟ Garnish:
↪️2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
↪️Optional: ½ cup reserved pasta water (to thin sauce if needed)
๐ฉ๐ณ Directions:
✅️1. Cook the Pasta
◾️Bring salted water to a boil.
◾️Cook pasta until al dente.
◾️Drain and reserve ½ cup of the pasta water. Set aside.
✅️2. Prepare the Seafood
◾️Lobster: Boil the tail for 5–7 minutes until the shell turns bright red. Remove meat and chop.
◾️Salmon: Season with 1 tsp Cajun seasoning. Cook in 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat, 3–4 minutes per side. Set aside.
◾️Crab: Just make sure it’s clean and ready.
✅️3. Make the Cajun Alfredo Sauce
◾️In the same skillet, heat butter and remaining olive oil.
◾️Add garlic and sautรฉ for 30 seconds.
◾️Stir in Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika, cook for another 30 seconds.
◾️Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
◾️Add Parmesan, stir until melted and smooth.
◾️Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and optional lemon juice.
◾️If needed, add a little pasta water to loosen the sauce.
✅️4. Add Seafood to the Sauce
Gently fold in the lobster, crab, and salmon.
Warm everything through for 2–3 minutes, being careful not to break up the fish.
✅️5. Combine with Pasta
Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce until fully coated.
Add extra pasta water if needed for a silkier texture.
✅️6. Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Serve hot with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
๐Tips:
▶️1. Don’t overcook the seafood.
Keep an eye on the salmon and lobster – tender is best!
▶️2. Add heat carefully.
Start with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, then taste and add more if you want it spicier.
▶️3. Use freshly grated Parmesan.
It melts better and gives a creamier, richer sauce.
