Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole
👉Ingredients:
◾️12 oz spaghetti
◾️1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
◾️1 small onion, diced
◾️24 oz marinara sauce
◾️8 oz cream cheese, softened
◾️1/4 cup sour cream
◾️1 cup cottage cheese
◾️2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
◾️1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
◾️Salt and pepper, to taste
◾️2 tablespoons butter
👉Instructions:
🔸️Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish.
🔸️Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
🔸️In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in marinara sauce.
🔸️In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until smooth.
🔸️Toss the cooked spaghetti with the cheese mixture and spread half in the casserole dish.
🔸️Layer with half the meat sauce, then repeat with the remaining spaghetti and meat sauce.
🔸️Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
🔸️Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
