◾️½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
◾️2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
◾️Salt and pepper, to taste
👉Instructions:
✅️1. Cook the Chicken:
◾️Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
◾️Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
◾️Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
◾️Remove from skillet and set aside.
✅️2. Cook the Pasta:
◾️Boil the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
◾️Drain and set aside.
✅️3. Make the Sauce:
◾️In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
◾️Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
◾️Gradually whisk in the milk and cream. Cook for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
✅️4. Add Cheese and Veggies:
◾️Lower the heat and stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted.
◾️Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
◾️Season with salt and pepper.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce. Stir until evenly coated.
