Crockpot Angel Chicken
Juicy chicken breasts slow-cooked in a rich, creamy Italian-seasoned sauce, served over tender angel hair pasta.
👉Ingredients:
↪️4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
↪️1/4 cup butter
↪️1 packet Italian dressing seasoning mix
↪️1 can (10.75 oz) condensed golden mushroom soup
↪️1/2 cup chicken broth
↪️4 oz cream cheese
↪️1 lb angel hair pasta
👉Instructions:
✅️1. Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot.
✅️2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the Italian dressing mix, golden mushroom soup, chicken broth, and cream cheese. Stir until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
✅️3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot.
✅️4. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
✅️5. When the chicken is almost done, cook the angel hair pasta according to the package directions.
✅️6. Serve the chicken with the creamy sauce spooned over the pasta.
